Order Processing

We aim to process and prepare all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

During periods of high demand, supplier processing, or peak seasons, dispatch may take up to 10 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery is 2–7 business days. In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to supplier processing, customs, or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order. Any applicable rates will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email where available. Please allow 2–4 days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
